IP Pot Roast

Ingreients
4 TBL Olive Oil
3# Chuck roast
1 cup beef broth
3 Potatoes halved
3 carrots cut into long pieces
2 onions quartered
salt and peper to taste

Directions

1. Turn on IP to Saute
2. When hot add olive oil
3. Brown the roast on all sides
4. Add all ingredients to the IP
5. Pressure cook for 60 minutes, allow slow release 15 minutes
